I've ordered click and collect where and when do I collect my order?
Orders can be collected from the DCBL Stadium Shop, we are currently open Wednesday and Saturdays 10am - 4pm. Please wear a mask when collecting your order and bring your order confirmation - check your Spam/Junk folder if you have not received it.
I've ordered click and collect but I want it delivered?
Thats ok, just send us an email to email@example.com. We can than arrange the extra payment for delivery and get it sent to you.
I do not live in the UK do you deliver abroad?
We have added an international delivery option at checkout. Some items may be exempt from sending overseas.
Can I order by telephone?
At the moment no. We are working on reduced staff at the moment so do not have the resources to offer this service. If you are having difficulty ordering online please email your query to firstname.lastname@example.org
Why can I not pay by cash?
Several reasons but the main one is due to the recent covid pandemic we are trying to avoid as much person to person contact with our colleagues.
I haven't received my order.
If you have not received your order please contact us via email on email@example.com with your order confirmation and we will investigate immediately.
UK Deliveries will be via Royal Mail. Orders will be despatched 2-3 working days after receiving. Standard delivery will be 3-5 working days of despatch.
Website orders should be returned to the DCBL Stadium Shop. Items should have have original labels and packaging, please provide your order confirmation when returning the item.
If you can not come to the shop please email firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the item being returned and send the item in the post to Stadium Shop, Widnes Vikings, DCBL Stadium, Lower House Lane, Widnes, Cheshire. WA8 7DZ.
Please note items ordered from the website can not be returned to the the Market Shop.
I've had a change of heart and no longer want my items- how do I return an unwanted item?
If you change your mind, or the product doesn't like you thought it would, then we are happy for you to return the item for a full refund. We will not be able to refund the postage costs or reimburse any charges for posting the item back to us. We advise you send any items Recorded Delivery as we cannot be responsible, or offer a refund should we receive the item.
If I receive the wrong item- what do I do next?
If we had inadvertently sent you the wrong item, our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact us as email@example.com regarding the return of the wrong item and dispatch of the correct one. In this instance, we would gladly reimburse you for the cost of posting the item to us but would ask that you send all items Recorded Delivery to ensure that they get to us safely.
